just been reading up on the prowler 13. didn't realise there was old and new versions, us vs nz models.

how can i tell which model i have, does it really matter ? seen alot of stuff about problems with scupper holes. just want to make sure i don't have any of that.

 

New Zealand versions are usually labelled Johnson Outdoors New Zealand, the new Zealand frenzy i have has this as a moulded in transfer.

 

A lot of them have straps where there are usually bungees.

I was told you can tell NZ ones because they have a rough not smooth finish, and the NZ ones are supposedly better, can this be true?
