Has anyone fished Stew pond in Epsom?

Just wondering if anyones fished Stew pond in Epsom, and was wondering how they got on, what they thought of it and any useful tips. Thanks MATT.

Looks like the answer's "No". CALPAC's web site includes fishing reports which are colour coded (a nice touch) but, of course, because the fishery is closed at the moment there's nothing to report. Try an e-mail (or phone call) to the General Secretary - he may be able to help.

I have fished it, I was a CALPAC member briefly, back in 89/90 (I think) So anything I can tell you wouldn't be much help by now anyhow!

 

Only thing I do remember is that it was very crowded, and that the big lake, that has no fishing allowed looked so much nicer!
