Abu rocket oil

Hello

I have just bought a small tube of "Abu Garcia Rocket Oil" which I presume is the same as "TG Rocketfuel"

Is the Abu rocket oil the same as Yellow label or Red label? Can you tell by the colour of the oil?

I think the abu rocket oil is just thinner.

TG used to supply Rocket Fuel to ABU but a few years ago ABU stopped buying from him & started selling 'Rocket Oil' which, as far as I can tell is just an ordinary thin oil & has none of the properties that make 'Rocket Fuel' so good.

 

The only problem I've found with TG RF is that you need to clean & re-oil the bearings at much shorted intervals.
