Help please any body the computer will not let me download photos from either camera or digi cam with card in for stills

 

when pluged into puter i get the sound that it knows that another device has been pluged in to it

 

but thats all no option to download and not showing up when i go into my computer

 

the camera is a JENOPITK and the digi a SAMSUNG VP-D323

 

will just add they both worked ok upto a few weeks back

 

have uninstalled all drivers and stuff to do with them and reinstalled it all back still no joy

Hi Les ..

 

As a first option, try rolling Windows back to the time when everything worked OK.

I would thoroughly recommend the cheapo card reader that was recommended to me a while back on here. Since I bought one of those, all these sorts of problems have magically vanished.
