Monkey Climbers on a Pod?

I have a couple of Solar monkey climbers &, until you made comment Budgie, I have never had cause to doubt them. I don't use them on a pod as I like my rods pointing towards the bait. But, to be honest, I use a ledger set up so rarely now so I'll bow to your greater experience on this one!

Budgie, I have a cheapo pod, £15 off ebay, looks very similair to the Badger 'Eco' pod. I'd be delighted to hear any suggestions you have, feel free to pm me...

I've heard from the two suppliers that Tony mentioned, neither will supply a single unit...

 

I've contacted Badger to see if they do one (mu pod is very similiar to their 'Eco')...

I got rid of a solar set up just weeks ago. I think this would have suited you. Not popular these days so a fair chance of picking a set up second hand. The solar set has a bar that fits the upright.

My Solars are the long type that you stab into the ground. Practical, simple, effective and nothing to go wrong.
