Weymouth and District, Whats catching?

Hi all,

 

I've booked myself a weeks holiday in Weymouth in a fortnights time. I'm getting quite excited as I know there is some cracking fishing down there.

 

I'd really appreciate it if any of you guys could help us out with whats catching at the moment and marks and methods.

 

Though I haven't told the missus I'm taking the rods yet, I will be taking some light carp gear for the harbours as well as some beachcasters.

mainly lsd at night on the chesil,although there is a good chance of smoothhounds . i believe there have been a few mullet caught in weymouth harbour.
