Nathan - that's sorta like asking "how far is up".

 

You really need to get more specific and I'd suggest you start with one particular phase of sea fishing for the web site and then expand as you get it in good shape.

 

Beach tackle is very different from boat tackle and neither is particularly like pier tackle.

 

In fact, the most limited part of sea fishing (as in the fewest options) is probably pier fishing so maybe that would be a good starting piece for you.
