I don't know if any of you guys follow 9 ball or any other cue sports , but the Mosconi Cup is running at the moment . It's a bit like the Ryder cup of golf (USA vs Europe) .

 

Anyway............

 

One particular man has caught my attention Earl "the Pearl" Strickland (USA). His actions in tonights events were ridiculous and downright shameless.

Some of my mates think that this man is one of the 'special ones' to hold a cue , i think not.

 

Newt...........you may have a better observation of the man , what do you think?

I rarely watch sports done on a table so don't know nearly enough to have an opinion on this one.

 

At a guess, some of his antics will be intended to rattle opponents. Since the US team was trounced this year it evidently wasn't too effective.
