Minding my own business the other day waiting for a patient at the Hospital, when little critter came strutting its stuff. I think its a 'starling' but the colouring, it is so vivid! Any one know if this is normal or is it breeding plumage, perhaps a young bird, male/female???

Cracking shot SW. Check out the beak colour, I seem to remember reading something about yellow or black beaks.
