been having problems with broadband and complained enough to get attention ,they promised to fix it as my contract ceases in a few days and i told them sky is calling!

anyway i tried a speed test and got this result which is most queer ,tried it again with same result WHY?

https://www.speedcheckerapi.com/Images/262633961.jpg

the BT speedchecker says i have a line fault which is what was being fixed and trying to use that doesnt work because of the fault?! so perhaps its not fixed yet?

all earlier tests have shown the download speed 10x the upload speed about <2mb/s and about 300k upload
