try you best to cats over head in one continous motion, and when you bait rig gets near hitting the water, feather the rig down into the water (putting you finger over the line on the spool gently) which will propel you bait infront of you float. its the way you fish wagglers when coarse fishing and it works exactly the same in the sea with bigger floats!

Cheers boys,off to Malta for my hols on Tuesday so will try out some of the float ideas.Just got an e-mail off a chap in Malta and he suggested plugging off the shore at first light and dusk for barracuda and bass. Anybody tried it out?

Have also just booked a days big game fishing with Chris from Marsascala,anybody fished with him before? I think the target fish are tuna,dorada,grouper,jewfish and snapper.
