6500 mag mods

:confused: Can anyone give me some info on mods to the 6500 elite to set up for long distance casting. I can carry out the engineering myself and have looked at others that have been done, but would like to know if there are any little tips + more info on magnet sizes etc.

For Sea Fishing Elites need no modifications, for long distance casting on grass they do, its best to have it done professionally.

Fishing and Over the ground casting are two different disciplines really, as in Rough Shooting and Clay pigeon shooting ……. There are people that will tune your reel for you but the very best tuners are thin on the ground …….
