Hi I,m going to Cayo Largo in October, fly fishing. Any idea if you require a fishing licence in fish fron shore?

Cayo Largo is of limits for the DIY fisher all of the fishing is controlled by Avalon (an Italian Group) and they come on heavy if you are found fishing. You should be OK on day charters for blue water fishing though.
