  1. Here is a link to the kayak I was referring to http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?...topnav=&s=1 If I remember correctly it was about £200. I was thinking it was a cheap starter yak for those wanting to give it a try but not sure how often they would get to use a yak.

  14. Hi all, I have been reading the posts on the forum for a while now and am more than convinced that kayak fishing is the may forward for me. The question I have is - I see a lot of people fish from the prowler 13 as it is stable and easy to paddle distance. Is this the ideal starter kayak ? If not please recommend one ! its probably of use to know that I intend to use the kayak for fishing primarily in both lochs and the sea close to shore. Cheers DrDoug

Anyway, I have only recently heard about fishing from a Kayak and am very interested in it. The question I have is does anyone know of somewhere near edinburgh where I could give fishing from a kayak a try before I look into buying one. any help much appreciated.     Hi all, I have only recently heard about fishing from a kayak and am very interested in giving it a go. My question is - does anyone of someone near Edinburgh who organises trips or rents out kayaks? I would like to give it a try before I buy. Cheers DrDoug
