  1. Hi Everyone, Been away for quite awhile, but seen sense and come back, knew a lot of members but I only know Alan Stubbs, Les Middy, Chesters, Newt ( remember the confederate note ) Lyn, might be a few others that I have not seen yet. Nice to be back anyway, AN has changed a lot what a brill site it is now, mind you it was the last time I was on but I did keep coming back for a peek, I just lost interest in Fishing but for some reason got my interest back now Dave
  2. I have just sold one of these for£30-00, must say they are good but not quite worth that amount
  3. Hi Tony, You can use loads of different baits, I use Sausages, sweetcorn, boillies, worms, Bread, I have caught carp on all these baits one of the best is Prawns, whole frozen ones on a 12 hook hair rigged. Dave
  4. You can also go to your local stables ask them if you can dig in the horse muck for worms these are brill for Fishing they are brandlings and are top bait. Dave
  5. It does sadden me that the birding fraternity and anglers are so quick to go at one anothers throats. Afterall, we all want clean waterways with good access and a healthy evironment with divese wildlife. A bigger problem for the Severn and it's wildlife are the nutters who want to install weirs all the way up to Shrewsbury.. I quite agree with you Ken, This is something we all should be looking to sort out between us not having a go at one another,as you say we all want rivers and lakes etc to be free of all pollutents not just lead.
  6. Hi Guys Iam back in the fold, Iused to be a founder menber with Anglers Net but, lost interest in fishing, but I have returned to the fold.
