i always seem to have that problem on the pole but never on a rod.

i agree we need to be calm as we can about this one. if we come across as thugs, it will give them one more bullet in there gun. if we are calm then we can stay out of the news and make it much harder to tuch us never mind ban the sport.

Zappagod if you want all big maggots you can just get some flies from one type of maggot like the bluebottle and keep them in a tank.

i set it up like a loop knot . you set up a rig on a winder and then put the loop of line on the top through the metal loop. put the winder with your rig on through the loop on the line and pull tight. if you don't understand this then try what i have done with my other wip, if you cut the last inch of the top and you can glue a PTFE conecter onto the end it works just as well.

ok that has shocked me a bit but i agree with alan that if ever fisherman or woman in britain stood up and defended our sport no one could do a thing. there is too many people that go fishing every week for people to just ignore. fishing is the most participated sport in britain remember.
