hi peter, Its a sad world and unfortunatly good people get pulled under by useless people. My otherhalfs brother refused to go to school and blamed it on bullies,fair enough but now he still sits on his arse and TAKES what ever he wants even if its not his(chesters knows who!!) I borrow'd a game off chesters and it was almost in perfect order untill it went missing after a stay at the otherhalfs mums house,when i found the cd it was as if he had eaten his dinner off it. After a few choice words he dished up and pay'd for it. He gets a hardship allowence to sit at home and not to turn up at interviews claiming that he will get taunts cos hes 18stone and never baths. not surprised he gets taunts!! billy [ 18. Hi all, A spell checker isnt a bad idea hello chesters are you still, part timing here??? I say bring in a mobile gas train or bring back public hanging,because when this goverment handed out proper punishment it was a allot safer. Hitler did design something of some use, so borrow his idea and GAS them. Its just unfortunate we have allot of inocent people getting locked up. billy

Hi all, yep ,i can saftly say that just having to live in fear to go out and sitting by your front door waiting to be burgled is bad enough. ,i can say without a doubt it"devastates you". I cannot imagine being in my old age knowing that anyone who broke in could easily overpower me,so if i had a gun i would have emptied it and got all three of them:) by his actions it show'd that the general public wont stand for it and like many bullies at school if you give them a good beating they tend to sod off(personnal experience).at least for a while ! billy

hi again:) Yep i can beleive it too which is the sad truth ,when i lived in the kent area , me and the misses had a neighbour come round to borrow a vhs film boxset costing 50quid ,which we bought off the neighbour 4months before. she took it down the local flogg shop and sold it for a tenner for some cigarettes etc,when asked where the film was she said they had lent it out :mad: (we checked the local flogg and found it)we called the police and she was arrested 2weeks later!!(after hiding behind thier door) And in a car which had no insurance, no tax, and no mot!!to cut a long story short we got nothing back but 5months of physical and mental abuse from the neighbour. And because we stood up for what should have been right,we had so much trouble from the neighbour and others taking sides (as she said they were hers and we didnt pay)NOT!! so i feel i know abit about being a prisoner and having to sneak in and out of your property so as not to let them hear us( as LOUD bangs etc would start. I will never live in flats again(mediation doesnt work you just get a knife shoved under your face To this day she is still, like her brother burguling people like are old flat before we moved in for which he spent a couple of months inside for!!(He broke in, took the tv and left!,he return'd for the remote but the owner had come back and stood and watched as he walked in and took the remote from the table and walked calmy out. we later abandon'd the flat with a pregnant misses and a 3yr old +plus we lost most of the possesions we collected just to get out(even after pleas to the housing society) MAD PLACE billy [ 18. Hi all, Nurse judy,you say he had a mental health problem and he was let down,well i'd agree(the NHS is a wreck)and that 40 million or so the goverment(mr blair)has put into the nhs just means they are gonna recruit more underqualified nurses/doctors,etc(no offence to any in the profession just my opinion and through personal experience)so the doctors/nurses etc can go on longer hols(well if the politions can do it why not eh!). And back to mental health,he may have shot him in the back but he wouldn't have to have done it if they hadn't been there in the first place:)(but he would have shot him in the front but he was probably legging it when he saw the shotgun:) i asked a policeman once what he classed as reasonable force and he said that he couldn't really say because everyone has a different view and ability to inflict a different level of reasonable force,but he didnt appear to have a problem with giving them a good hiding

Hi all, i see we are getting heated(goody). But i do have to agree that shooting him dead was abit harsh but yes at least he wont be reoffending:). But theres nothing wrong with giving him a SEVERE limp or just removing a leg or two,or maybe an arm. We all, under the circumstances would do things we shouldnt be forced to do, some things just go pearshaped,i say release mr martin,hes done his time as if the burglar was alive he would have been out quicker. billy:)

Hi all, Well i have to agree with both sides(of the man shooting the burglar). Being that at one point i lived very near the dover area of kent i can safly say that i had afew nights where people tried to gain entry to my basement flat,which at the time had me,my misses and little daughter in,and i can say without a shadow of a doubt that i would not be very forgiving to anyone who i caught,and considering that if you stand by and let them get on with robbing you,you are just as likly to get raped or beaten to death,. And the area was ok-ish but when this asylum seeker buisness started it turned to beiruit at times.(got corner'd by 6 of the scabs, for fags and money,and promtly told them to #$#@ off). I hear the words"by any means necessary" even got my clothes of the line stolen scabby scroungers they need to be sent and enjoy the comfort of POSSIBLE persecution in their own shelters/shacks/bunkers/HOME(their homes not ours) but also if the punishment has to meet the crime then leaving them crawling isnt good enough so what does FIT? billy:) [ 16.
