Can anyone help,i recently recieved the free gift for subscibing to advance pole magazine. it was four pieces of on/off accesso :confused: ries,and it states they fit on any box system, however they do not appear to fit onto my milo tardis box,i have two different centre pieces,one round,and one square but none of them fit help!!!! mark

As a rough guide this is what i use. 4-5 elastic 1lb-1.5lb 0.8mm 6-8 elastic 1.6lb-2.6lb 0.10mm 10-12 elastic 3lb-4lb 0.11mm-0.12mm 14-16 elastic 5lb-6lb 0.13mm-0.15mm 18-20 elastic 6lb-8lb 0.18mm-0.21mm hope this is of use to you p.s just a rough guide!! mark

I have recently moved to sunny inverness (scotland) and have been dissapointed with the lack of coarse fishing,until i stumbled upon a commercial coarse venue in glasgow http://www.magiscroft.com it is a cracking setup and has 3 lakes all well stocked with roach,perch,tench,carp,and proper slabs and at £4 a day you cant beat it. mark

For good honest reviews advaced pole fishing magazine comes out monthly. If you have a good tackle dealer they will help immensley,they should set it up for you so you can have a play around and get the "hands on feel"!

The most common way ive seen is oversized hooks, and strike at any movement of the float,and tends to be fished in the margins were the bigger fish tend to be. mark

As a match fisherman,i am disgusted to watch other fisherman deliberatly foul hooking big carp during matches,and therefore snatching all the cash and they dont care,that to me is not fishing and takes the @iss,you are meant to catch fish head first.!!!!! mark
