in my experance, the best weather is very cold, overcast for dead bating. very cold yet sunny for spinning/lure fishing, the water is beat claar for this.

For sevral years i have fished for pike at long load drain, it isent always good but its cheap (£5/£10 a year) and it holds some cracking pike/chub and perch that me and my mates have had just over 2lb. i wrote to ask if any1 elce has fished there and mabie to talk tacticts.
