Did you get sorted with a reel? I would go with your original thought - the Okuma SLV. I have 2, a 4/5 and a 8/9, both are superb reels for the money & they as light as you'd want. Tight Lines, A.

Does anyone have any further information about this program? There is nothing on the EA's web site & they have not replied to an email enquiry I sent ages ago. I totally agree that it's a waste of time chucking thousands of fish into a system that evidently cannot support a native population & if there is a planned habitat improvement program to enable this new population to thrive I want to know about it as it's right on my doorstep. -
