  3. snap got mine yesterday ,with T-shirt and keyring. they must have run out of the kayak fisherman magazine ,as they usually include one of those if they have any in stock . i think i should not suffer a numb bum sat in that one

  11. i do not think there is a perfect yak out there. thats why the models change spec , looking for that perfect setup. a universal yak for all types would only be a compromise of good bits .
  12. they do not sell well here , south pier ship yard are the agents ,yet our local ocean kayak dealer (iron stores ) cannot get enough oceans . they go out the door quicker than he can get them . good biro's though ps. my neibour has just bought a new prowler . jealous now as it has the ff transducer mount which he does not need as he does not fish .
  13. Grant the manual says its alright on its side or upside down

    c-tug

i know this is a dumb question ,how far does it strip . i know the wheels come off and the stand then the supports . does the x frame come apart again or is it locked together permanently . do not want to force it
  17. its hook 1 kayak fishing gear , have ordered a surf to summit GTS airwave myself about a week ago ,small parcels i have had in a week . Karen is very helpful . some people get taxed some do not if you are lucky . as i live in Jersey no tax to pay yet , till next year we are having GST at 3% on all goods they usually put in a sticker and a magazine for free , i even had a hook 1 keyring once . their prices are good too . i will let you know when mine arrives
  18. hi grant which way up is your yak . upside down or upside
  19. i want to know what way up you store not location etc . hope this is clear should have stated in first post theft from locked garages here is not the norm my rotty sleeps there
  20. just wondering after looking at the ocean kayak manual (sad i know ) . it recomends storing upside down well mine is in the garage right way up on a shelf with dense foam under and wedges loosely placed to keep upright and fully supported the whole length . am i doing it wrong ?????. how do you store yours ? not where , just right way up ,sideways or upside down
