  4. right o ,ill have a go i got the latex 3d socks from guilford marine all you do really is cut back the latex ankle seal to about 5 cm left put something inside the remaining seal to hold the shape (i used an off cut of waste pipe,the stuff your tolet is plumbed up with),then lightly sand both surfaces(i didnt bother sanding and it seems ok ) put the sock on to the opersite end of the pipe and line up (for lenght and make sure the foot is pointed the correct way) roll the sock back and appily glue to the sock and the remaining latex seal leve to dry then put the glued surfaces together at this point i left it for about half hour then removed the former tube(waste pipe)as the glue is designed for rubber/plastic it would of stuck to the tube if left much longer then leve for 24 hours then test this gives you the basc idea the glue and sandpaper came with the socks in a kit ,with better intructions than ive just written hope this helps

  6. well i decided to try and do it my self ,and i just tested them for being water tight (in bath tub) it seems to be working fine easy job to do (maybe not as long lasting as a pro job?) so i should now have dry feet for the grand total of £16

  9. done the tope on the bream rig myself (a mate landed one useing a barbel rod with a quiver tip!!!) i wandered if the smaller sharks maybe hung out in different areas ,i know with the tope by me it seems they come in packs of similar sizes
  10. no resan why not i guess ,just wandering with these two sharks is it possible to target the smaller ones (or avoid the 400lb ers)

  13. for me this years my hopes are , bass over 5 pounds turbot over 5 pounds(well over 3 would be fine!!) bullhuss over 15 pounds cod over 3 pounds (or is that codling) male cockoo wrass (never caught a male c. w ) pollock over 2.5 pounds thornback over 12 pounds there is more but theres a start!!!! ow yer weather to get the yak out in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  17. will Ive just ordered some latex feet(there to replace ones broken on dry suits)to try to fix to my trousers though this might do the job for me wandered if any one had tried this they come with fitting glue and tape
  18. hi there i dont know the suit but from what you have written i would read it as Breathable Hyperdry with collar is not as suitable for summer (maybe not as breathable?)

  23. im thinking about ether the Humminbird fishfinder 535 or the Humminbird fishfinder 565 what do you think ? are these worth spending out on over say a £80/£90 garmen? and is the 565 worth the extra (most of my marks are in under 40 foot of water) or any other sugestions thanks nik
