Ebay to the rescue

Went to the dentist for a sharpen up (clean). i have always hated it and concidered that a bit of build up was good for teeth protection. while i was there getting nagged for not doing enough cleaning, the dentist told me to go out and get a philips sonicare.

Yer, no problem, until i saw the cost, £180 quid, kin ell. Tried the local stores etc, etc, no one keeps them in stock, no overhead, thats why and when they sell them a nice tidy profit. So looked on ebay, over two hundred items. So i bid yesterday afternoon, it arrived this morning, can't believe it. Cost £69, latest model.

The result, id'e recommend every person to get one, or share it with your misses, brush head each. They are absolutly brilliant. Please try one you will never go back to a handrolic one again. B)

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Having had a similar recomendation from a mate a little while ago, I brought the subject up with my dentist last time I visited.

My dentist is good but he isn't entirely impartial as his wife is the practice hygenist and they sell electric toothbrushes - including the sonic models from Phillips and Oral B.

Now I usually only brush once a day and I might floss once or twice a week so I was expecting him to go for the big sell but he didn't. Instead, he told me that he only recomends them to people who arn't doing a proper job with a manual toothbrush and that definatly wasn't true of me.

Fair play to the bloke. Had he recomended I try one, I probably would have put my hand in my pocket but it seems that decent toothbrushing technique is more important than techno gagetry.

As I buy my toothbrushes for 15p a pop in India, there's a big saving to be had from not buying a lecci one but then again, if you can't get your head around brushing inside, top and outside of both the upper and lower jaw, what price your own teeth in old age ?
