fox stalker chairs

recently bought a fox stalker chair but had to take it back the front legs wouldn't stay locked. took it back and exchanged it for another and the same things happening to this .has anybody else had the same problem or am i just unlucky,or should i swap it for a different make?

i reckon it's at worst a dodgy batch, i've had two of them (broke the first one, but it was my fault ) and they've been fine

i use the wychwood rouge chair, same price but slightly lighter and all the legs lock into place where ever i set them

 

But as jeepster said probably just a dodgey batch

I've got a Fox Stalker, about the only bit of Fox kit that hasn't let me down. Its even more comfortable than some of the heavier models. As jeepster says, you might have part of a duff batch.

mine is the only bit of fox kit that i use regularly, nice to know they can get something right!

Half to agree with jeepers its one of the best buys i have ever made.

cheers buddies,i'll just take it back to gerrys and ask to swap it again.the label says fox av a no quibble guarentee.

most of the time you can rely on Fox gear, if you give them a ring direct they will replace anything faulty, even if your tackle shop wont. I once bought an evolution bivvy plus, whilst on holiday in Newquay, and through my own fault snapped a pole. I rang Fox and it was replaced within 3 days, very good after sales team, I thought...
