Ok, we’ve got several tickets to give away for the ‘Angling Times Go Fishing’ exhibition, held later this month at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. The event takes place from the 28th - 30th March 2003.

 

Well over 100 businesses are booked to attend and the show promises to be an excellent day out for any angler – you can also buy cheap gear as well! – more info at www.gofishing2003.co.uk

 

So, here’s a little competition for you…

 

The Prize

 

4 winners will each receive a free ticket to the exhibition.

 

The Rules

 

1. Competition ends Wednesday, 19th March 2003.

2. Judges decision is final.

3. No alternative prize will be offered.

4. Maximum of one entry per forum member.

5. Please only enter if you *would* actually use the ticket

 

Your Task

 

Below you will see 3 carp taken from Birch Grove, all you have to do is guess the combined weight in pounds & ounces.

 

The 4 nearest entrants will each receive a ticket. In the event of more than 4 guessing the correct weight - 4 winners will be picked at random from the correct entries.

Fish 1 – Daz with a fat mirror.

 

Fish 2 – Mart with a torpedo common

 

Fish 3 – Yours truly with another common
