JRC - Brilliant Customer Service

Being relatively new to session carping, I purchased a JRC 2 leg specimen bedchair - primarily cos of the price. It is a decent bedchair, if a little heavy. However, mine developed a fault and I contacted JRC.

As well as being very professional and clearly disappointed that one of their products was faulty, they also offered to replace the item unconditionally.

I mentioned I'd look to upgrade to a 3 leg and JRC have agreed to send one free of charge at a significant discount.

For once it seems we have a company who place stock in customer service. I shall always look at JRC products over any others as a result. I am a happy man !

Jon, JRC is well know to be have a good customer service for number of years now and it's the last thing they want when anything do go something wrong.

I got quite a few of the JRC stuff over the years and never had any fault what so ever but a friend of mine did when his JRC bolly wrap had a rip/torn after when he brought it and they replaced it for nothing.

I'll second that, great customer service from a well run company.

A friend of mine dropped one of the adjustable legs from his chair into the river, phoned jrc to buy one, and they are replacing it free of charge.

I had the pleasure of contacting JRC recently.

I enquired as to the availability of a heavy duty groundsheet for my STi single skin as it was supplied with one of the totally inadequate lighter duty ones. I explained that I struggled to get it to lay flat as I was pitching on long grass and that I was very disappointed with it.

An e-mail later I was informed it was being looked into and the storeman would sort something out.

Hey Presto, a few days later and a heavy duty groundsheet arrived in the post. :)

10/10 for JRC. ;)
