grade II listed smoked garlic is awesome. wonder if i can find any medieval oak.

becky bought it online from an american site, i'll ask her when she gets in.

 

having a few probs keeping the chips actually smoking, turn your back on it & it goes out. might need to drill some holes in it & raise it up to get a draught running through it.

seen some nice pews that would fit in smoker, with a bit of fine adjustment demon

i use a fine dust, chips do need a bit of air to keep them going

just tried a bit, not done enough. the chips im using are chainsaw residue, i do ave permission to drill some holes in bottom of smoker, will give it another go in morn
