Starting to weaken a bit on the drink stakes now,must be old age!

Going to the pub at 12 but I do not think it will be for long. Having a party/buffet at the house later on today,should be able to neck a few tins by then.

Just got some second wind back so its off to the local CIU club for a game of darts!

Moderation will be the theme today cos its back to work tomorrow.

Whats gannin on chaps - everyone packed in the old alcohol? Just got in back from the club,had 6/7 beers and loads of darts games. Wired the bull finish 3x sh--!

The good lady has just forced a medicinal red wine onto me! Might have a few tins in the house tonight watching the toon destroy WBA.

Back to work tomorrow on lates so will have a good pumping iron sesh at my gym tomorrow. I am sure that will kill me.

Talking of weights young Snatcher has just acquired another set of dumbells for the house. Was walking past his bedroom and all his squad were in "hey father can you side curl these dumbells cos we cannot" LOL

a can of shipstones extra smooth, very nice to.

i'm also on lates tomorrow first day back never mind it's only 11 months 3 weeks till christmas!!!!!!
