Ahy up.

Im off to Tarbet on the wee bonie banks of Loch Lomond friday through to monday.

Does anyone know of any good wildlife spots or places of interest around that area revolving around being one with mother natures land :)

never mind the wollies better bring snow chains for the car & snow shoes for yourself

just came down from the isle of skye about a 4>5 hour trip normaly it took me 9 hours due to snow worst about tarbet area ..

Find a pub with an open fire and put your feet up. There are more and better pubs in Arrachor IMHO.

What does och aye the noo mean?

 

Cory iv been to Arrochar before there is a pub called The Village Inn that was very nice two years ago.

 

Scotlands in my blood, theres somthing about the place.

There is another pub in Arrochar called 'The Moorings' that used to be good. There is also the Loch Long Hotel (best avoided IMHO) but the Cobbler is good (or was)
