Hi Maidstonemike, what time are you thinking of getting on the water and what do you intend on fishing for as i have not fished the leas before. I fished kingsdown on saturday and had two small bass and two small pollock on lures and a few mackeral on feathers. So would be good to fish somewhere new.

Hello Jolly 14, I was looking at Wednesday now, and getting down there at about 10am, kitting up and launching at about 11am.

Either Hythe, and fish the sandbank for plaice, or launch at the grub groyne, Sandgate, and paddle along to the Leas and drift fish for whatever is there.
