I've only gone and broke my reel

Yeah, it was the rear arm of the reel seat. Probably could have worded that better. I've been on to the manufacturer and they said they would look into it for me but I'm not really expecting anything.

 

I've done a repair on a reel with the front part of the foot broken, (a lot of fiddling about), but as the rear part of the foot takes more strain, I wouldn't even attempt repairing it.

 

As others have said, use it for spares, or try to find one with a different fault and use the body.
