shipping for fishing rods

just sold a couple of rods on ebay and i'm struggling to find a courier that will accept parcels above 1.5m, the rods are 1.8m plus packaging, anyone got any ideas?

Just send them anyway. The driver won't measure them

the driver probably wont, its the dozy birds in the office i'm worried about, they freak out when you mention anything out of the ordinary

I've sold quite a few - send them in cardboard tubes that you can get from your nearest carpet shop FOC

I use a Local man and he wants £6.50 up to 2M and 20Kg!! Plus VAT of course!!
