Which Rod do you advise?

The JW rod is an excellent rod and is in my opinion the best all rounder. I have just recently ditched my carp rods and opted for the Greys Prodigy Specimen to give me more of an all round rod which it is but it doesn't give you a quiver tip option.

 

Go with the JW rod, you will not be disappointed!

I've got one of the new JW avon systems and I'm a lot less impressed with it than I was the original JW avon I've had for around 10 years.

 

my main gripe is the rather cheap and nasty rings on the avon section, they are set too low to the rod blank and cause the line to stick to the blank, which makes casting light float gear awkward!
