Ooops sorry for the confusion, I thought we'd discussed my plans to try and arrange a fish-in at Speen Moors (maybe that was JV44). Anyway it's not going to happen, the estate has strict rules about the NAA events held at that venue, club matches only.

It was indeed moi but sadly it seems a no no then Chris ,What about getting any NAA members to take someone along on a guest ticket?? I for one would be happy to as long as it doesn`t ruffle the feathers of NAA Steve.

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

have I told you abouit the cruise control on my Volvo ,,,,,,,bla bla bla Barder rod has it come yet?? and don`t even start me on Chris Lythe :bleh::icecream:

Surely an informal get together of AN members who live in the area wouldn't be breaking the rules?! It's just the same as going fishing with your mates! N

Possibly, depends on numbers I suppose but having asked about a fish-in and been told no I think it might be seen as circumnavigating the decision if a lot of AN members arrive at the venue. I'm 'only' an associate member so can't obtain a guest ticket anyway, I'd rather not be drummed out of the Brownies nine months after joining.
