Know how you feel Andy, I've nearly had enough of this continual biting cold weather. Maybe I am getting old (well I am old) but this year I am finding it difficult to stay warm. All the same clothing as usual but the cold just sems to keep creeping in...........cold and sciatica do not mix well.

I'm only 36 and I'm fed up with it. I have to put up with it getting worse?
