Alan, As we talked about this morning, here's the tank I got today....took all day to set it up, and found out the light aint working, but not a problem.....It has 3 pumps, 2 small ones to work airstones, and a big mutha that filters 480ltr an hour.....it's 4 foot long x 18in high, x 12 in deep, so should do for a while. I got loads of stone and plants etc, couple of "castles " which will be coming out fairly soon, boxes and boxes of medicines and food, and filter stuff, and a few fish keeping books......well pleased for £55. :D:D Hopefully getting the fish next weekend.... :D

Alan, Hiya, the more "cliques" the better in my book mate... The tank is all set up, and will be ready for the new inhabitants at the weekend....Plus, Shiona is getting used to having ONE tank in the living room, as I used to have about 8 of them spread all over the house, mainly in the kitchen, also had a couple or three in the shed....that was a few years ago, when I kept and bred fancy Goldfish, was really into it,big time. I had hundreds upon hundreds of them...all at various stages of developments. We also had a fairly large pond in the back garden, for my bigger specimens, some went to over 1lb in weight.....But, it was taking over my home, and my life so they were all given away... :( Broke my heart....

Well, I went to get the fish today, and after talking with the bloke in the shop, who has been breeding and showing tropical fish for 35 years,I decided to wait at least another week, before getting them. He actually recommended the tank be set up nearer a month, but if I was wanting to put the fish in sooner, to buy them in threes and fours at a time, weekly...so ,didnt get any yet, but got a new light setup, which makes a big difference..... :D
