Try doing a "Google" search for them, there are 1,000's out there for the taking on sites that offer them free. From very basic through to advanced templets.

Keep it simple

Create the pages in Word 97 and save them as HTML files. (File, Save as Web Page)

If you use Word 2000 the file sizes will be much larger.
