Had a bloody big rainfall 2 nights ago in Oxford. At least therivers are on topo form now.

Put a bit of staraw on a little heap of earth and now it the house have a bucket in wich to put fruit peel , ols veg&fruit ect and just throw that on and mix it once i a while. Also water it frequently.Great for dreadnobenas and redz.

Oxford, mainly lure, but i also do some mixed coarse.

Why not try usinga longish whip and set all the shot (BB minnimum) just toucking the mainline loop. Set it so the WEIGHT is a little overdepth (about 3 keys on a keyboard) and hold it back. When a fish takes it the float should gotarght under. It depends on how confidently the fish are feedng. It works very well in a little hole in the canal botom! If the flows too strong for that then ledger.

Oh yeah annother question, I very often cast into the trees on the other bank and find snapping my .28mm mono a chllang (do get it dun no problem fcourse) and I want to get some braid, wht braekage strain do you suggest??

Hi all, What colours do you all sugest on these lures? I have read in a book that pink and white are good for pike, but I would also like to know about perch... Oh and does 100% orange work? Never used it but looks ^"uGLy"^
