The first link you gave has another link to an App called PlantTracker....

 

 

Please help us tackle the problem of invasive plants by using the PlantTracker App to identify species and send us reports of where they are. The App is free from the iTunes App Store and Android Market. Invasive plants can make it hard for you to reach your favourite fishing spots and threaten our native wildlife.

 

I've installed it on my phone now :thumbs:
