Putting piccys on a thread

I know this has been asked before, but how is it done?

 

Tried to put some on a perch thread, and failed.

 

One kind offer to do it for me, but I'd really like to learn how to do it for myself.

 

PS I'm pretty dumb re tekky jargon, so words of no more that three syllables please.

A very kind soul (actually the third in a line of such folks as it was started by loonyl) has provided some space for us and a program that makes it simple.

 

Go Here and follow the directions. You will be able to put up a picture with the greatest of ease.

However, someone up there doesn't like my piccys - all I get when I click on your "here" is a yellow triangle and a message to say the server is not responding - I'll try again in an hour or so.

Worked for me at about precisely the same time you tried to access it. I don't know if it locks people out whilst in use? I wouldn't have thought so but may be an explanation perhaps.

Thanks DavidP - you may be right - I tried repeatedly, (five times) - and have at last succeeded.

 

Interestingly, once I got one piccy posted, I had no trouble at all in accessing it three more times.
