have just been given an old jvc gr-45e camcorder "to play with",

has anyone the operating manual they can scan for me :)

it has svhs and av out so if your graphics card has svhs in or av in you can connect it to the card if not youl have to get a video capture card or graphics card with these connectors :( thats all i know movie cams are not my thing

Bitsbobs, your lucky, you have a digicam. Lots of reasonable priced video capture cards around.

 

Get one with an editing programme as well.

 

I use Dazzle SE, and it includes Ulead editing software.

seeing as "fishy" has a ausie mail account the cost of postage would be more than the cam is worth :D
