Just to celebrate the opening of my new website with Tiscali, I thought I would kick off with a laugh and a caption comp. No prizes and no time limit (unless one of the mods pulls the chain, [sorry], meant to say plug.

 

Just a couple of clues, no loo paper,and the newspaper was the Sun.
