mail help

can anyone tell me the files to remove to save my netscape bookmarks ,history and mail folder? ,i am uninstalling 7.1 for an older version who`s mail may work

i see the dialer (btsurftime)

automatically starts outlook ,in the

surftime dialer software"configure"

email part it has 2 boxes the top oner

is greyed out ,the lower one is for

outlook .

i use Netscape for my browser and use

the mail icon on there (i have never and

never will use outlook) but despite

going through the settings it THE BT

MAIL SERVER refuses to except my

password so i have to use that dire

btyahoo page ,i use netscape 7.1 i would

like to use my netscape mail as well

,how do i sort it ,thanks

 

the top and bottom of my mail seems to have disapeared on their response :confused:

hi,please read original mail sent before replying THIS

time ,thank you ,i asked 2 questions

1)why is the upper box greyed out in the configoration

box in the btyahoo dialer (the default e`mail one)

2) why is my netscape mail not able to access my

btyahoo mail ,it worked perfectly before i installed

the latest dialer software so it is a btyahoo problem

rather than netscape one.

you answered an question i never asked ,i said i DO

NOT use outlook so why waste our time telling me about

it??

please provide an url to the last version of the bt

dialer software rather than this faulty btyahoo one so

i can reinstall it ,hopefully it will then connect

without all the problems it has now its btyahoo.

thanks dave ,better still ditch yahoo since half my

spam comes from yahoo addresses in the first place

I installed the "new,improved" BT/Yahoo combination .. and started getting all sorts of problems and garbage !! :mad: :mad:

 

I dumped it pretty quick !!
