annoying pop ups

i've put blowsearch on,but am still getting them,i wondered if i had inadvertently changed something on kerio,as this little yellow ,like a post it note keeps appearing on the shield.

Using windows 2000 running the following firewalls and blockers ,norton,zone alarm,xp and even got googles own running.

Seems to have calmed down now.

I used to use kerio but changed to Zone alarm, easier to understand and tweek.

my trial version of kerio has run out so i have to buy if i want pop up blocker.i did not realise it was a trial version
