Firewall probs

I have Norton firewall installed, it worked ok until I installed avg 6.0. Now I need to disable norton firewall so I can connect to the internet. I have installed sp2 for xp but that hasn't helped at all.

 

I have gone through all the allow to connect to the internet stuff and told it to allow explorer and my broadband connection incase it was that. It isn't really a big problem but I don't like to have to have my firewall disabled.

 

Any advice????

i have norton firewall and although messenger6.2 has free access it doesnt log on unless i drop the firewall :mad:
