how do i upload any digital pictures with a report and how can i create an avatar

if poss try to keep lingo simple as not too coputer literate

and you can send me a picture for your avatar, and i will sort it out for you.

OK, I've up-loaded a pic but where do I find it when I go to post a report?

you start your report ,open another browser window and go to the upload bit above ,after you find your pic and upload it on the same page a string of letters will appear! within it is your image name.

drag your curser across the letters untill its ALL blue and right click and "copy" go to your report and "paste" it into it and hey presto when your report (post) appears your pic will be in it
