What the makes is the rod pod you have been looking at Carpman?

Its a Fox A Pod. Seen it in local tackel shop for £38.99 or something, and harrisons tackle do it for about £34

I would stick with banksticks, easier to adjust and you can fish almost anywhere(except concrete)

I have tried pods but always use banksticks now

For a lot of the reasons Steve Burke has mentioned, also as most of my fishing is done on the river they are not really appropriate.
