just got back in, had to wait for british gas to replace my pump which he finished around 11. Picked up a lure rod and a few bits and headed for the river. New rapala, first chuck lost the bloody thing!! covered around a mile using all sorts of lure and not a touch

30lb braid is pretty strong, normally strong enough to bend or break a snagged hook.

had 5 hours this morning from 7 to miday! one jack and frozen to bits

wasnt fun! to cold to realy get into it!

didnt want to move! as soon as i lifted my arms the cold had a new bit to niggle at! never mind standing up and moving around!

thats me done till i get a warmer day.
