Darnsarf, might be worth you fitting these all the way around + some outriggers just incase

 

Joking aside they look like they will get in the way of paddling and are they really necessary unless your a wobbly yorkshireman who likes to get wet I say why stand when you can sit.

Have tried standing in the Prowler on the drift, not easy to get on your feet, but once there, no problem, wasn't brave enough to try a cast though, will try that in warmer weather. Anyway what's the point in standing when with practice and better technique you should be able to cast adequately sitting down. Alternatively drop the fly over the side, paddle for 40 yards+ letting out line, stop and retrieve, easy.
