Cheaper Ferries To Ireland?

Just slightly off track but it relates to Snatchers post.

A lot of Ireland trippers from northern england use the Cairnryan/Larne route instead of Sealink as the former is better on prices

why bother going to Ireland? South West Scotland iseasier to get to, has better scenery and great coarse fishing. :sun:

I can relate to that and second the above comments.

I'm a regular to that area and go as often as I can, fantastic scenery, it's just like the lake district but without all the tourist and caravans, great fishing too

thanks for all the info lads,

I do like the sound of scotland, but i will try ireland first and then maybe scotland.

im booked with my guide now, i am seriously considering flying, quicker apart from anything.

i havent looked into cottages yet, but am soon, dont care what its like provided its cheap, a flash cottage wont help get a 20lb pike.

thanks again, dave
